Common questions.

Which materials do you offer?

PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA, ABS, PETG-CF (carbon fibre), PC (polycarbonate), and PA6 and PA12 nylon. From display pieces to parts that need heat, weather or load resistance — we recommend the best material for your use when we quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on size, quantity and the print queue. Every quote states the expected time before you pay.

I don't have a 3D file. Can you help?

Yes. Send a sketch, photo or measurements and we create the model. If you have a file, send STL, 3MF or STEP.

Can I order just one?

Yes. We take single pieces as well as larger quantities.

What happens to my GPX file?

Your GPX file is used only to make your medal and is not shared with anyone else.
